The location is convenient for access to the airport, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. However, the lobby was undergoing renovations, making it quite noisy, and the pool was closed without prior notice. These factors did affect my overall experience.

Omaha's local breakfast spread was legit the highlight. a true feast that kicked off each day right. Shoutout to the friendly staff and a spacious room that made us feel at home!
The bed? Harder than an East O stampede. Plus, a loud ruckus next door turned our night into a hangry wrestling match with sleeplessness.

great access to parks and local art attractions
during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Heartland of America Park and the Joslyn Art Museum, making my city strolls both scenic and culturally enriching. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, which really added to the enjoyable vibe of my trip.

For $120 a night, I expected better. The phone didn't work, dresser drawers didn't stay shut, and the bathtub wouldn't hold water for bathing kids. There was mold on the AC vent, which is a big red flag, and the pool was much colder than I hoped. The slick floor around the pool caused a close call when I slipped trying to help my grandson. Overall, it feels like this place needs a serious upgrade to match rates.

Busy but fun stay!
The front desk clerk was doing their best despite a packed weekend! Our room was nice, but I overheard another guest complain about their bed being missing. We got good coffee in the morning, but the check-in process was chaotic, with no staff around for ages. It was a long wait, especially since we were beat after the concert.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend getaway in Omaha with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Make sure to check the breakfast-to-go options since there's no hot breakfast available.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I had a pleasant stay with a spacious room that was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially during check-in and breakfast service. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, the breakfast offerings could have been a bit more diverse.

My wife says that the pool area could use better maintenance. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had promised the kids some fun splashes instead of smoothing out a busy day.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable for our family and had a great location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the staff were unresponsive when I reported issues with the TV. numerous calls were made without resolution. Additionally, the promised wake-up call did not happen, which left us late for our flight.
